On 20 May 2013, a group of BAKOTECH has revised its organizational structure.

BAKOTECH Group distributes software and hardware that are leading providers of IT manufacturers in the world. The most important groups are the company parts: "BAKOTECH Value Added Distribution" (www.bakotech.com), "BAKOTECH Logistics" and "BAKOTECH Architecture Design Graphics" (www.bakotech-adg.com).

At the beginning of 2013, management BAKOTECH^® adopted a resolution concerning the directions of development the group in Ukraine and abroad. As part of the resolution adopted in May 2013 was isolated from another group entity "BAKOTECH Logistics". The owner of "BAKOTECH Logistics" is a group of shareholders represented by "Softico" (www.softico.com.ua), which is already under its own brand in Ukraine will develop the distribution of brands such as: ABBYY, Acronis, Adobe, Alt-N, Dr. Web , ESET, Entensys, Fast Reports, Kaspersky Lab, Microsoft, Mindjet, Proling, Qbik, SmartBear, Sony, Symantec, VMware, 2X.

Other companies of BAKOTECH^® remain unchanged.
