Dell Software is excited to announce a new version of  NetVault Plug-in for VMware^® 2.7 which is now ready for download.

Look What's New:

• Support for VMware vSphere 5.5  – This release supports VMware vSphere 5.5, which includes VMware ESXi™ 5.5 and VMware vCenter 5.5
• Compatibility with 64-bit Windows systems – This update includes an installation package for 64-bit, Windows-based NetVault Backup systems
• Support for backups/restores of individual virtual disks on a VM – You can either explicitly select the virtual disks you want to back up, or set the Backup Option to exclude the data or boot disks
• Enable/Disable Changed Block Tracking (CBT) on Individual VMs Ability to reset CBT on individual VMs – This option reconfigures CBT on a VM and allows you to run a CBT-enabled backup that failed previously
